Big Mam Naija cooking competition is a reality TV show, owned by GEG Resorts and Hotels. The show will involve 36 contestants from all the 36 states of Nigeria, participants are expected to partake in all the activities and tests before proceeding to the house.

Contestants will engage in educational sections for food lesson, where they will be introduced to different types of Nigerian cuisines and will have to treat people with different ailments.

The 45 days reality show will see audience voting for their favourite contestants. 15 contestants will proceed to the house to battle for the grand prize.
